Keith Thompson is an author, economist, and researcher. His career spans academia, public service, investment management, international taxation, transfer pricing, management consulting, and economic analysis. As a professional economist, he combines rigorous analysis with ideas that promote critical thinking, careful judgment, and purposeful action.

Keith currently manages an investment fund portfolio. His prior experience includes working with Fortune 100 corporations in international tax / transfer pricing, corporate finance, strategic planning, and business development. He’s a former Senior Economist specializing in Transfer Pricing with an agency within the U.S. Department of the Treasury – and adjunct Economics professor with Ramapo College of New Jersey as well as an adjunct faculty member at other colleges in New York and New Jersey.

Prior to working for the US Treasury Department Mr Thompson also worked as a management consultant to a number of large and small corporations in various industries. Mr Thompson has studied at many prestigious universities, including  Columbia University in New York, the University of the West Indies and Rutgers University. His professional, academic and research interests have largely been in the fields of Public Sector Economics, Public Sector Finance (primarily tax administration), Intangibles valuation, Performance Measurement and Development Economics. He currently lives and works in New Jersey with his family.
